    Amiee Taylor founded Beyond the Label, LLC in 2013 in order to cultivate effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment as an outpatient service for families touched by Autism and other developmental disabilities. She attended the Ohio State University to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She then received her Masters of Education from the University of Cincinnati and studied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. She has been nationally certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2010. She has been serving children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum disorders and their families since 2004. She has treated patients ranging in ages from 18 months to 25 years of age. She specializes in Verbal Behavior, Applied Behavior Analysis and Natural Environment Teaching in order to allow each patient to maximize their potential and to become more independent in all skill sets, including increasing language, social skills and functional daily living skills, while decreasing mal-adaptive behaviors. She regularly attends local and national trainings including Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis of Michigan, Ohio Center of Autism and other Low Incidence Disorders and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, OHABA and ABAI. She works collaboratively with parents, staff members, schools and other professionals in order to create the optimum learning environment for each patient and to provide patient-centered, compassionate care to all.

    In 2015, Katelyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University, followed by her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2017. She entered the field of ABA in 2013 and has since served as a Lead Behavior Technician, BCBA, Staff Development Consultant for Beyond the Label. Katelyn loves creating new opportunities for families, assisting staff in reaching their professional goals, and making treatment fun for each patient!

    In 2014, Maddie received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Miami University, Ohio. She entered the field of ABA in 2014 and has several years of experience working with special needs children and families in a variety of settings including an ABA clinic, homes, and in the community. Maddie obtained her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University while serving as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician, Treatment Consultant and eventually the Chief Analyst for Beyond the Label. In May of 2018, Maddie reached national certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Maddie loves working hands-on with her patients and impacting their families.

    In 2012, Joe Received his Associates degree in Health and Fitness Technology from Cincinnati State. He entered into the field directly out of college working and managing several gyms before he decided to open his own gym in 2015. Since then he has built several companies from the ground up and has extensive experience with start-up processes, growing new companies and supporting new owners or managers. He has a passion for creating new opportunities for others and helping them turn their passions and dreams into a reality and their livelihood. With extensive experience working in sales, marketing and customer service, he has taken this passion for helping others to not only impact owners, but all families, patients and communities!
